Musa Olatunji is a seasoned Business Consultant, Policy Development Specialist, Accountant, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Investment Expert, and Travel Advisor with over twelve years of professional experience spanning business development, policy advisory, youth engagement, and international development.
He is the Founder of BeMORE Innovations LLC and BeMORE Global Consulting, organizations committed to driving impact-oriented projects, global partnerships, youth empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives. Through his contributions to humanity and climate-focused advocacy, Musa was recognized as the 2022 African Union Young Climate Change and Gender Activist.
Between 2020 and 2026, Musa led and coordinated hundreds of high-level delegates to major international engagements across the continents, including the Annual United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), High-Level Political Forum (HLPF), ECOSOC Youth Forum, Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), and Commission for Social Development held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA.
He is an alumnus of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), where he studied Accounting, and has further strengthened his expertise through executive learning at Harvard Business School Online, Accra Business School, and the African Middle Eastern Leadership Institute (AMEL). He also holds professional memberships with the Institute of Credit Administration, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), World Safety Organization, among other reputable global institutions.
In March 2023, Musa coordinated 30 delegates from Nigeria, Russia, and Ghana through his company, which served as a specially accredited organization at the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) in Doha, Qatar. He served as a Moderator, Closing Ceremony Speaker, and Delegate at the 2022 Kazan OIC Youth Capital Program in Kazan, Russia, and represented Nigeria and his company at the 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2022) in Russia.
Musa also served as Technical Lead for The Youth Consortium Side Events during the 2022 World Food Forum at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Headquarters in Rome, Italy, and at the 13th Commemoration of Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security at the African Union Commission in Ethiopia.
A 2021 Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Alumnus and grant recipient, Musa secured a $5,000 entrepreneurship grant to support his impact-driven initiatives. He coordinated over 500 students from Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, and Niger Republic for the Project Management with Monitoring and Evaluation in Global Health course offered by the University of Washington, United States.
Additionally, he mobilized over 4,000 young people across Nigeria for the 2021 and 2022 NBC Coca-Cola #YouthEmpowered Digital Program, delivering free life and business skills training valued at over $1 million. Musa also served as Team Lead for data collection across Ethiopia, Uganda, and Zambia under the Heifer International African Youth and Smallholder Farmers Project, surpassing project targets with 4,158 respondents. Furthermore, he supervised field due diligence activities, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) involving AgriTech organizations and smallholder farmers across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Mali, and Zambia under the Heifer International Africa Youth Innovation Challenge Project.
Through his work, Musa has contributed to reaching and empowering thousands of young people globally. His remarkable engagements and contributions have earned him features and recognition from international platforms, including 2021 Ooni of Ife Royal Award and membership into the Royal Court, 2021 World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Nomination, Theirworld (London), BBC Media Action, television stations, radio, newspapers, and other global media outlets across Africa, America, Asia, and Europe.
