I am a fully trained mushroom farmer with 6 years experience working in Holland and Poland.

EXPERIENCE:

DUTY MANAGER: Managing up to 3 or 4 teamsof120 people. Teaching new shift managers, pickers and runners. Pursuit ofhigh yeilds,maintainance of quality control and disease prevention.

MANAGER FOR QUALITY AND HARVEST:ManagingaMushroom Farm of up to 16,000square meters.Keepingthe facilityin accordancewith therequirements of HACAP.Human Resourcing experience in the acquisition and interviewing of potential pickers and runners for the farm, ensuringa consistently high standard of quality mushroom production.

LANGUAGE : I speak fluent Polish and Russian.My English is basic but sufficient to communicate with you regarding business matters.
