MusicalMeetings
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Suppose you are the CEO of a Dutch Midcap company. In a few weeks you are attending the quarterly board meeting. In preparation you already put up a list of the three or four things that are “keeping you up at night”.
Your board always follows a very organized approach: board book 3 days ahead of time and an agenda including important topics as financials, acquisitions, regulatory, litigations, legislation, etc.
So far so good. But then. What you really want is your board meetings to be discussions. To be interactive. Of course they need some structure, but you are in bad need of more meaty discussions. You want the answers to thorny questions the business need to tackle to be successful, like: “What’s the ideal business model for our company?” “Can we be in two businesses at the same time?” etc.
With MusicalMeeting we developed a tool that can support you in getting these things done. Which helps you to create more transparency in communication between you and the board. To make the underlying individual motives more manifest.
The subtle balance and shift between humour, music and process interventions we offer in a three to four hour workshop should make you as CEO able to tee up the discussions. There should not be too many topics. Three or four are good. One or two can be tactical items.
We give you and each of your board members a place in the spotlight. Initially we learn you to compose and sing about what it is that makes you tick. In the end all these colourful ‘noises’ will reunite to a clearly and strong single voice to your organization.
MusicalMeetings is organized by Coen Jutte, Egbert de Ruiter and Jeroen Kosterman, each of them professional in their field.
