Zachary Cummings

My name is Zachary Cummings and I am a senior student teacher interning at Hunters Creek and White Oak in Jacksonville, NC. I am a student at East Carolina University located in Greenville, NC, and I am a resident of Sanford, NC in Lee County where I was born and raised. I am a music education major, meaning I want to teach children about music and all it has to offer and enrich in their lives. I have been heavily involved in music all my life from marching band in high school and college to singing in a school musical, and in church choirs. I love all types of music from rock'n'roll, pop, hip-hop, reggae, and even ethnic music like African Drumming and Argentinean Tango.
