I am a performer and educator in the Chicago area. learn music online I have degrees in flute from Eastman (BM) and Yale (MM) and have almost completed my DMA at Northwestern. My teaching experience began in 2015 at Yale where I taught undergraduate lessons. Since then I have experience teaching flute for a variety of students in a variety of settings, including beginners in the New Haven Public Schools, flute majors at Northwestern, and high school students in the Chicago area. I also teach ear training to undergraduate music majors at Northwestern. My experience performing includes concerts with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, New World Symphony, South Bend Symphony, and US Coast Guard Band. In addition to these orchestral experiences, I am passionate about bringing chamber music to new communities. I have performed at the Yale Art Gallery, in Chicago living rooms, a correctional facility, public parks, and public schools.
