I am a strategy & operations leader with experience across fast-growth, private equity, and large public companies.

I work closely with senior leadership and investors in achieving big audacious goals -- by orchestrating and leading efforts on growth strategy, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and business operations.

I bring expertise in digital enablement -- creating analytics solutions, reimagining design-led workflows, and coaching teams to remove obstacles and accelerate growth for both large "analog" companies and startups growing faster than their operating model can keep up.

Expertise areas include:
1) Strategy - go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution. Cross-functional team leadership.
2) M&A - due diligence, deal scans, and programmatic M&A engine
3) Biz Ops - setup and execution of the Business Operations function and OKRs
4) Prod Ops - setup and execution of product management, multi-product org, PDLC, agile, and capability building
5) Growth - Product-led Growth and analytics for cross-sell recommendation, churn prediction, pricing, and funnel optimization

I have prior experience as a general manager, product manager, software engineer, and more recently, an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company.

I have an MBA from MIT, Masters in Systems Engineering from Cornell, and a Bachelors in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Auburn. War Eagle.
