Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
8 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) 2016 certification
A+ and N+ certifications or equivalent knowledge CCNA certification
Good in command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
