Mustapha Bah

Mustapha Bah is a trained entrepreneur, designer, and youth leader with over four years of dedicated experience in shaping social impact and educational programs across local, regional, and global platforms. He is an alumnus of the Entrepreneurs Academy Cohort 1, an intensive business development program organized by Partners for Education and sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia.

Mustapha has demonstrated unique skills and expertise across initiatives through peer mentorship, volunteerism, and community service.

He is the Education Lead at Innoignite, a youth-led organization in Liberia dedicated to promoting STEM and innovation, a Regional Director at Innoverge, and a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, a global children's charity committed to ending the global education crisis and unlocking the potential of the next generation.

As the Program Director at the Youth Entrepreneurs Network—Liberia, an organization that aims to inspire, support, and connect young Liberian entrepreneurs, Mustapha plays a pivotal role in building a community of 1,000 entrepreneurs dedicated to nurturing the entrepreneurial mindset in Liberia.

He currently work as an intern at Devine's Event and Consultancy, an event planning specialist platform that brings a breath of fresh air to the event planning community in Liberia, and as a Graphic Designer at Tenacity Group of Companies.

Known for his unique project management skills and thirst for knowledge, Mustapha has actively participated in the Entrepreneurial Leadership Bootcamp organized by the African Leadership Academy and in events such as the SDGs Innovation Challenges 2022, Future Leader conference (2018-2023), Hack4Earth Hackathon 2023, The Bridge 2024. He has earned certificates, including UN Volunteer Appreciation, and has led over 15 programs, including Youth of Day Service “Adolescent Girls Bootcamp 2023, Africa Science Week 2023 as a Co-Organizer, The Icon 2023 as Stage manager, the Youth Entrepreneur hangout, and more.
