I founded Caretakers of the Environment Tanzania (COET) in the begging of 2007and Tanzania Street Children(TSC) Sports Academy and I worked as Executive Director for both Organisation. During this role I set up all the infrastructure need for both COET and TSC Academy to function and carry out its duties engaging both local community and national as whole, achieving the organisation mission, vision and objectives. By the end of 2007 I was already managed to set up two project (Kuleana Centre for Children’s Rights – a drop-in and rehabilitation centre for children who are living on the streets and Binti Maringo Restaurant – Vocational Training Programme for Street Children in Mwanza City.

While the above two project continue to grow, in 2010 and 2013 I created partnership with QPR and Arsenal Football Club and through that street skills sports programme was born. In September 2012, I set up two more programme; Street Born Programme – the programme primary role was to work with street girls who where left on the streets un attended while they were suffering from all form of abuse, including not having medical care or any support when they have babies, Second Programme was; Community engagement programme “women self help group” the primary role of the programme was to prevent the flow of the children into the streets, by supporting mothers and families who are extremely poor and their children are likely to go to the streets.
