I am a holder of an MBA with over twenty years’ experience working in both local and international organizations. I am currently working as an Independent Business and Institutional Capacity Development Consultant. My main focus is in the following:- Organizational Capacity Assessment and Institutional Capacity Strengthening and development, Business mentoring in advocacy and regulatory reforms with specific focus on Business membership organizations (BMOs), Market Feasibility, Business Climate Surveys and Policy impact studies, Trade and market development, Strategic Planning, Value chains focused interventions - Leather, Textiles and Dairy sub-sectors. Experience working with donors such as USAID, DANIDA, ITC, CFC and bilateral and multilateral organizations such as UNDP, UNIDO, the Work Bank and regional organizations such as EAC and COMESA.
