Hello Folks,

My name is Muthukumaran Venkatachalapathy but people call me either by using the prefix 'Muthu' or simply abbreviate it as 'MK'. I was born and brought up along the coastal side of Pondicherry. I finished my post graduation in Indian Institute of Technology a year before and currently doing my doctoral studies in Cell and Systems Biology at Max Planck Institute for Molecular Physiology, Dortmund. To my understanding I fall under easy-to-deal and friendly-to-be around category. I do lot of experiments in real life as well as in science and try to observe and interpret keenly. I have some profound interest towards calligraphy, sketching, irish tin whistle, badminton, chess, film making and watching international movies. I also like talking with buddies who are from different academic, cultural and international background who share a common interest and possess high degree of motivation/passion to achieve something in life.
