My name is Mitch Vanhille, Originally from Belgium I have an engineering background, yet have spent most my career in various roles throughout the supply chain. 10+ years, almost half my career, I was based in Asia. Early in my career, I got to gain experience with Lean management & driving efficiencies while working with Shingijutsu sensei’s/consultants. My focus expanded rapidly from the 4 walls of manufacturing to an end2end supply chain focus and included R&D, digitization, finance, vendor management, customer service, etc Through Lean, I landed @ Nike and helped them elevate lean to a strategic level as well as embed lean in a pre mfg/R&D setting (DFX, DFM, 3P). After that, I enabled the future of manufacturing in a ‘mini GM’ role for 9 prototype sites across Asia. Lastly I helped pilot and launch digital supply chain traceability tools & new digital response sourcing capabilities. Having worked in many different parts of the business, I learned to connect the dots. The value I bring is all around systems and process innovation, while taking people along on the journey. In most recent years, I decided to take a break from the corporate world right about the time that covid hit. During this break I continued to develop my coaching & mentor skills as a personal coach. My passion for triathlon and endurance sports has led me wanting to maximize the potential of other athletes of all ages and backgrounds. I also enhanced my education with a PG in AI, PG in Digital Business, a supply chain management master track and an MBA Essentials course. So either finetuning existing skills as well as gaining new digital hard skills. Personality wise, I’m energetic, passionate & curious. I tend to challenge the status quo in a respectful way, have an intrapreneurial mindset and am comfortable with ambiguity. Lastly I’d say I have a positive can do attitude and am easy to work with. My 2 personal inspirational quotes are: • Life begins at the end of your comfort zone • Set a goal so high you can’t achieve, until you grow into the person who can
