Family always comes first. To me, nothing is more important than that.

Agile is a way of life. Its hard to walk the walk, and set backs will happen. Everyday, we must look at ourselves clearly and honestly, and make small adjustments to find or stay on our paths to greatness.

Scrum is awesome, and I love being as ScrumMaster and Agile Coach. Everyday I find small victories and new challenges. I love nothing more than watching new ideas and skills take hold, and seeing small victories turn towards enthusiasm for even greater victories.

I love to watch Hockey (Go Kings Go!), spend time at the beach, and take trips to Disneyland with my awesome wife and son.
