During my career, I have worked in countries across Africa, Middle East and Asia, which include Kenya, Somalia, Turkey, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Myanmar. My work in these countries focused on managing information management systems, development of programs, addressing life threatening socio-economic, mine action programs, political, natural and human induced disasters. Moreover, I have worked in the arena of community engagement, adult education and training in mine risk education; organizing; strategic planning; participatory project planning; social business strategy development; monitoring and evaluation; people and resource management; emergency preparedness and response; conflict resolution; peace building; team leadership, mentoring and coaching. Well-versed in numerous IM tools including Kobo Toolbox, PowerBi, GSuite, Google Drive, ArcGIS Enterprise, IMSMA just but to mention a few. I have exceptional skills in handling coordination, work planning, reporting, donor budgets and cluster modalities (UN/INGOs and NNGOs).
