Morgan Wihlen

I am a junior at The University of Dayton, and I am a pursuing a degree in Finance and Accounting. I would like to help others with this degree by working with non-profit companies or helping people plan for a sustainable retirement.

I am a member of Alpha Phi International Fraternity which I joined my freshman year at the University of Dayton. This organization has brought me many opportunities. I have met some amazing people and have gained a lot of leadership qualities. I am currently in the role as Vice President of Chapter Operations, where I have taken on many roles within this position. My cabinet and myself take care of all the finances to keep our organization running, the administration, and disciplinary actions. I have grown significantly within this role as a leader and it has taught me how to work with others for the better of our chapter as a whole.

My favorite thing to do is dance. I have been dancing since I was three years old. It is a HUGE part of my life that I am incredibly fortunate for. I practice tap, ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, and pointe. Although college has forced me to cut back, I still get to enjoy dance. Just in smaller doses. It allows me to "get away" from the stress of school and express myself through a form of art. Dance allows me to use my creative side and pushes me to try new things.
