My Hoang

Hi! I would like to start by introducing myself: My name is My Hoang, I’m 21 years old and I’m a student Cross Media Management at Karel de Grote University College.

As you can hear from my name, my roots are in Vietnam. Because of this I grew up between the Belgian and the Vietnamese culture. So from an early age I have learned to switch quickly to another language and to easily adapt to others cultures. Due to my migration background I know that it’s only possible to achieve things in life through hard work. That’s why I’m always passionate and very motivated in everything I do.

Thanks to my education I have a good knowledge of English and French. I also speak fluent Vietnamese and Dutch. I have also been able to develop myself creatively and I enjoy working with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

Like all other students, I also did a student job. I worked as an ambassador at Education First. Here I was able to improve my communication skills by addressing potential customers and giving information fairs. This has taught me to use my social skills in an efficient way.

In my free time I love to create content on Instagram. I manage an account where I share my passion for traveling with all my followers. I just love to meet new people, discover new cultures and traditions.
