I am an Entrepreneur, wife and mom. I am a Wellness Consultant, Life Coach and Blogger. I am constantly working on keeping my life in a perfect balance and am lucky enough to help others try to achieve the same.

I love to travel, seek adventure and read. I am a sometimes runner, a hockey fan, self-proclaimed fitness guru, lover of animals, kids and the elderly. I genuinely have good overall karma but my cooking skills are a bit overrated.

I am a southern born Texan, who is now a Midwest transplant. I love the snow, but hate the bitter cold. I love the beach, but hate the humid hot. I enjoy living where you can experience the actual seasons change instead of hot or cold!

My life has been an exciting adventure thus far and can't wait to see where it goes from here.
