A chef who weighs 98 pounds, I'm currently riding my bicycle from coast to coast. Off the bike, I'm organizing my recipes for my upcoming cookbook, Eat Slowly, Move Fast: Plant Pure Recipes by a Holistic Chef & Cross-Country Cyclist. I'm also working toward certification in Nutritional Therapy.
Nearly a dozen of my recipes won top prizes in national and local contests open to professional chefs. Some others were published in Taste of Home Magazine, The World's Best Asian Noodle Recipes: 125 Great Recipe from Top Chefs cookbook and on a few blogs. I have been written up by several food writers and food bloggers. I'm grateful to my readers who are backing my cookbook campaign by pre-ordering.
