My Cat Biscuit

My name is Sharon, and I have an American Domestic Shorthaired cat name Biscuit! He's a Ginger Mackerel Tabby with a "Tuxedo" coat!

Biscuit's story begins with his mother. She is a semi-feral cat that frequents the backyard. On March 28th, 2014, she gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens, all different colors, which I heard is rare from other cat lovers.

During this time, I spent a lot of my time in the backyard to feed the cat and socialize with the kittens. This way, they would be hand-tamed and 'know' human interactions. I wanted them ready to be adopted when it was time. It was important for the kittens not to become feral.

I found forever homes for all 3 kittens and kept Biscuit. Prior to this experience, I was a 'dog-only person'. However, this cat experience opened my eyes to the world of cats, and I am so happy that Biscuit is in my life! I love him very much and can never resist his adorable face!
