I started in the coffee business as a part-time barista when I was 18, but before the year was out, I realized my passion for the bean, switched to full-time and was lucky to be trained as an apprentice roaster. I’ve now been involved in the coffee industry for over 20 years and specializing in it full-time for over 14.
