Dropbox is effortlessly simple to use. Download the application from the Dropbox website, follow the comprehensive installation instructions and finally register an account. You will then find a folder called "My Dropbox" you can specify where you want this folder located during installation. The Dropbox folder works just like any normal folder, you can save files or drag them into the Dropbox and they will be instantly synchronised online. If you have multiple machines you simply download the application, link your account to the machine and all the files will be instantly synchronised to your new machine. This makes Dropbox ideal if you are using multiple machines, for instance a desktop office PC and a Laptop for when you are out and about. Everything you store in the Dropbox will be available on all your machines regardless of where you are.
