MyFirst Gym is based out of the United Arab Emirates with the mission of providing a healthy mind, body, and soul to parents as well as children. Building a healthylifestyle is our prime focus with ourgymfor childrenand its carefully devised fitness and nutritional balancingstrategy. We strive to offer the parents an organized, clean, safe, and,workout facility. We offer upbeat and innovative programs for kids of all ages.We provide you different fun activities to indulge your kid in from swimclasses, fitness classes, dance, to martial arts, this kids gym has it all. The types of child-specific programs devisedare well versed in developing interpersonal skills and imbibe in the kids asense of ownership and responsibility. We are driven by the purpose of aiding a better life which involves a fit and healthy mind for the kids. Group activitiesare encouraged so that the kid understands the importance of teamwork anddoing tasks in a collaborative effort. The sports conditioning and circuittraining activities have been known to hone the skills in kids. When itinvolves group activities, positive outcomes are appreciated and upheld.Positive outcomes are definite from these types of programs. My First Gym Kid’sclub is a children's fitness center,a place that is surely going to nurture and inculcate a sense of confidence,teamwork, and social presence amongst the kids.
