My Happy Place is a feel-good oasis in the midst of the hustle of Luxembourg city centre. An eden place for you to come to relax, nourish yourself, take care of your body, mind & soul.

At My Happy Place Yoga & More we offer virtual/ online and in the Studio classes. The studio has a variety of classes such as: yin yoga, yoga nidra, power yoga/ vinyasa, prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Aerial yoga, teens and kids yoga, barre yoga, etc...Yoga brings strength and flexibility to the body, stabilises the emotions and renders the mind calm and lucid. It restores us to our true nature. our yoga instructors render personalised yoga lessons that enhance the fitness levels of the patrons.
