I am an Emotional Wisdom/Core Alignment Specialist, and Founder of “Etched In Your Heart,” as a personalized life coach. My passion is to assist others in creating more for their life by recognizing an awareness within, which moves into an acceptance of self, and resulting in an AWAKENING.

While employed for 30 years at Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, MO, I earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Following retirement from TRCC to care for her elderly parents in St. Louis, she acquired training from Excalibur Coaching Institute and Core Alignment Coaching. My experience with coaching ranges from my own parallel journey with Weight Watchers International, where I joined the team in 2009, to volunteering time with Helping Hand Me Downs, an organization based in University City where, as a mother of three and grandmother of six, I assist families with children by providing coaching services. My own coaching experience has lead myself to become a vital component to other organizations such as Ready To Live, Inc., The Center for Innovative Expression. While my own personal coaching journey has been and continues to be a powerful experience, I assist others with the same heart and soul full of an attitude of gratitude. I understand that more can be created in life, resulting in that awakening, giving me the passion to help others embrace, inspire and reclaim themselves. My goal is to help others discover how to align their personal hearts with their minds, aligning wants and needs with actions. I assist
others by giving them the tools they need to create balance and harmony, and to overcome obstacles preventing them from achieving life goals.
