Born in Durham, NC. Spent my childhood playing tennis and exploring the perimeter of our seawall in St. Pete, FL. VA Beach for a year where I picked up surfing. Back to Durham for high school where I learned how to dream big. Went to Wake Forest for college and after graduating in 2007, I chased dollar signs for a few years (Bank of America, pre and post ML merger). Took a year off to travel - South America, Latin America, Europe. Back to school, this time for an MBA but really to find out what my next move would be. Graduated from Vanderbilt in 2012 and immediately launched my first startup, ListenUp.fm. I think I've found my calling.
