Not ever totally convinced conventional medicine was the route I wanted to travel, I decided to take responsibility for myself and my well being. This has led me on an adventure of discovery, and I am continuously learning and growing. As with many things in life, contentment and well-being can truly be found in our "own backyard", or in this case, even our kitchens!
