Forward Directions Coaching

At Forward Directions Coaching we focus on the positives. We explore what has worked well in your life, what are the success stories and positive milestones of your life. It is important to have an awareness of these successes so that you can draw strength from the positivity they create when you face challenging times in your life.

Drawing on the tenets of positive psychology our coaching sessions are a series of guided conversations where you are the subject matter expert of your life leading the conversations. The coach is primarily an observer whose role is to listen and through the use of open questions have you reflect on key statements made by you during these conversations. The purpose of these conversations is to identify any barriers that may be holding you back in your life.

Once we identify these barriers we can then discuss and develop plans to break through them drawing on your key strengths.
