In his previous role at CNC Global/Sapphire (Canada's #1 IT Recruitment Firm), he built the recruitment team from the ground up and was instrumental in growing CNC Global/Sapphire's Montreal branch revenue from $1 million to $25 million, recruiting for some of the top Quebec, Canadian, and US organizations.

In his current role as Eximius Personnel's Director of Recruiting, his interest is in helping strong small and medium enterprises compete for and hire the best Sales, Marketing, and Senior Administrative candidates in the Montreal Market.
