I have found that in my short 39 years here on this earth that the small moments in life is the creation of a life long journey. It is a process in growing to learn that life is not a race, it is made up of moments in time that create memories that can be cherished for a life time. Our lives are not defined by what we do, but by who we are in what we do. All the fears we have in wanting to find our place in the world is no more, it just is. You can create a world of beauty or you can create a world of waiting for the perfect time, place or momnet. The time is always now. It is entirely your choice how you perceive your life.

I enjoy life by sharing a small portion of time, divided not so equally, with my family, friends and my work. I have been blessed with a wonderful fiance, 6 remarkable children, so many wonderful and loving friends, and many of my respected elders that have been diagnosed with dementia.

May you allow all your days to be filled with happiness, meaningful moments, a few challenges and lots of love.
