Hi, I’m Ken. I created Morning Cup on Twitter thanks in part to the inspiration by KYW-TV (CBS3) Anchor Jim Donovan. The goal is very simple. Just snap a selfie of you and your morning cup. You morning cup can be a cup or a mug of coffee, tea. If you have a special type of water bottle during a morning workout that you may have, that's perfect as well! Nothing is off limits!
