Myra works with people who want to learn how to create a healthy lifestyle that will be sustainable for them as they age. She approaches her clients holistically, listening attentively to their needs, concerns and goal, and empowers them implement nutritional and lifestyle changes that really work for them. Because of this her clients are able make lifestyle changes and develop strategies that help them maintain an optimum state of health and wellness as they age.
Myra received her training in life coaching and nutrition from Intrinsic Coaching® and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She holds Advanced Corporate Wellness Certification from The Foundation for Wellness Professionals and The Creating Wellness Alliance. She is a member of the American Association of Drugless Professionals, and is a Reiki Master Teacher.
Myra has spent many years working in the field of Complementary and Alternative medicine as both a practitioner and administrator. She uses her unique blend of talent and skills to bring workshops and classes to local businesses and communities looking for wellness programs, as well as to enhance her work with her private clients.
