I am passionate about human behaviour, enjoy moments of sparking creativity and find fulfilment in the creation of environments that enable collaboration.

As a designer and facilitator of team and business workshops, I help participants to get out of their own way.

Based on my background in behavioural economics and sociology, I create a safe space and design exercises that, in combination, bring forth the group's full potential.

My method helps them to develop workable solutions and take ownership of their implementation.

With my podcast “workshops work” I aim to inspire fellow facilitators to design and deliver workshops that work by being worth everyone's time. On the weekly show, I interview experts who share hands-on advice, best practices and lessons learned.

I believe that facilitators are collaborators more than competitors. We are unique in our facilitation style and personality. Once we found our style, we set up apart by definition and will find space to collaborate and learn from each other.
