Myriam Frileux-Gaussier

I support key managers in their strategic decisions relating to the transformation of the banking industry and implementation of related action plan. In my role as transformation leader, I am involved in French and international topics. I like to work on new situations and ideas, develop and create for the future and push the walls to achieve the best solution.

My career in the banking industry can be broken down into three main phases, of which two in direct interaction with corporate clients. First in the retail bank, and then in the corporate investment bank, I occupy various commercial positions. As a second step, I develop business initiatives and products for new entrants in the private debt market. Since 2015, within a consulting team dedicated to the projects and change management in the investment banking industry, I assist CIB managers. My role consists of managing large national and international complex projects involving stakeholders in many departments, locations and metiers regarding: change management, development of new initiatives and communication.
