Working in the recruitment field for over 7 years, I decided to venture into opening my business in Career Counseling in 2009. When I was told that I needed more white hairs to be hired by a big Career Transition firm, it was the push I needed to start my own company. I like being in a "David against Goliath" situation.

Known to be vivacious, I put the word "solutions" in the name because I'm Ms. Solutions.

And to keep looking and feeling young I sing and dance! Hurray for latin dances and soul music.
