I run Mythic Harmonies, a project combining in-depth Norse mythology research with original music composed in Old Norse. The blog draws directly from the Poetic and Prose Eddas, while the music channel — now over 10,000 subscribers on YouTube — explores the sonic world of the Viking Age using period instruments and authentic compositional approaches. Both halves of the project aim to recover what modern retellings have simplified away.
