As a LONG time (30+ year) Coastie spouse, I've been there and done a LOT........just as you have and will!

As the Sector Buffalo Ombudsman, I volunteer to support YOU, CG spouses and family members!

My role as a member of the command staff is to function as a communications link between the you and the command, provide resource information and referrals to services and respond to crisis within and/or affecting the command.

All communications are confidential and private (unless in is of a mandatory reportable nature.)

There is NEVER a stupid question! But if you don't ask, you may short yourself....so please, feel free to ask! I may not have the answer, but I will find out!
