Hi All,
“Let me tell you something you already “It Ain’t How Hard You Hit…It’s How Hard You Can Get Hit and Keep Moving Forward. It's About How Much You Can Take And Keep Moving Forward!”

The above lines define life and for me its not disheartening... Its challenging, learning from your mistakes, and growing forward is the funda of life.
After completion of bachelors in science I did my MBA in Marketing and IT from Osmania University,India, Hyderabad.
With around 6 years of experience in recruitment and sales which started with my first job in Dell India as an Inside sales Representative along with a project on recruitment using the Monster.com portal...It was a tremendous exposure which I got working with MNC like Dell after which I joined a recruitment company i.e. Monster.com as corporate relationship manager for Middle East, I was in acquisition domain and have handled new client acquisition and also recruitment for my clients and this is the place I realized that my passion is in recruitment domain and learnt the skills of consultative approach and a strong ability to develop lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
