Nick Lawitzke

Highly motivated and ambitious consultant with an academic background in Business Psychology and Management. Gained professional experience as a student, consultant and entrepreneur in HR, Management and Consulting. Also a reliable person with extraordinary interpersonal skills, eager to learn.

Nick Lawitzke graduated in Hamburg as a Business Psychologist with focus on personal and organizational psychology and consulting. While studying, he worked for small and medium enterprises as well as for various educational institutions in the areas of employee coaching and human resources.

After graduating he worked in New Zealand for the government and for different companies in Australia. Back in Germany, he moved to Berlin, where he started to work in consulting and coaching, including projects focused on strategy, change management, restructuring, HR consulting, project management, sales optimization, smart infrastructure and high technology.

Recently, Nick Lawitzke has been able to gain experience in various consultant projects with and for large auditing firms, such as PwC, KPMG, and EY, as well as with boutique consultancies, including undconstorten LLP, BTO Management Consulting AG and contagi GROUP GmbH.

Since summer 2015, he has been partner at omni vigore(www.omnivigore.com), where he consults and invests in start-ups and newtechnology companies. Currently, he is working on his master's degree inManagement & Consulting at the Beuth University in Berlin.
