The sensational Na Asa´s favorite quote - "Music makes me smile, a day without a smile is like darkness has taken over light" His full name is Nana Asamoah, known in the music scene from the short form of his name as Na Asa. Born on Wednesday from the Ashanti Region the Land of the Golden Stool and the cultural heartbeat of Ghana, He was brought up in a religious family from Asante Bekwai.

He showed interest in African cultural and free style dancing and singing at his early age and took out most top dancers in Ghana by winning almost every dance competition that he contested. This background developed him into professional dancing where he formed his own group "Sir Porous Dance Group" of 20 top dancers. He performed on the stages of GTV, TV3, Guinness for Your Dancing Feet. He also participated in many activities in Ghana and some part of West Africa as the main act of events.

He also worked as a background singer and a dancer for some great musicians in Africa like Fifi Rafiatou from Togo, Kanda Bongoman from Congo-Zaire, Nana Acheampong from Ghana, Agboti Yawo Muwena from Togo, Odehe Dance Company, Ghana Dance Ensemble, Ghana Highlife Giants and later relocated to Germany.

He Joined music groups in different colors, and the main band that took him across many Countries abroad is a Ghanaian Cultural and Highlife Music band called Adesa, where he played the role as a dancer and a singer.
Na Asa acquired experience in the local dances and sensational music spirit which created an access to the beauty of his rhythms and his magic voice. He realeased his first solo music album entitled "Gyemedi - Believe Me" Afro R&B and Highlife soul in end of the 90s in Ghana, and in 2000 he released the Ketse Album.

He has performed on big stages alongside top artists like Kojo Antwi, Youssou N'dour, Ofori Amponsah, Lokua Kanza, Samini and others and has featured in music with Ofori Amponsah, Naro Vitale, Dada KD, Ryan Paris and Berima Sidney.

In 2010 one of his afropop track entitled "sun kum bum" won the German DDO Golden Plate and currently working on his Afropop music videos, a telephone song entitled "Idey Ring - "your fon is ringing" the single to be released soon. Na Asa is Loving the music life and following the steps of great singers like Osibisa, Kenneth Babyface, Kojo Antwi, Michael Jackson
