Nabil Patel

Mr. Nabil Yusuf Patel is the Director of Sales & Marketing and Business Development at DB Realty Ltd. In this capacity, he undertakes the core responsibilities of sales, marketing, land acquisition, liaising & co-ordination, as well as land-related matters including identification of land location and making feasibility reports. Mr. Patel started his career early in the real estate development business. Today, he has more than 20 years of rich experience in marketing and development of some of the most complex and sophisticated projects in and across Mumbai. He is actively involved in supporting the company’s strategic business development and overall operations. Mr. Patel was awarded the ‘Excellence in Marketing’ award for DB Realty Ltd. IPO, ‘Design Ace’ award by ET Estrade Awards in 2009.
