Here I am a Community Manager, HR Generalist and Super Moderator to CiteMan, a leading Business Knowledge Management Community. I contribute my bit, towards the Knowledge Management initiatives and startegise social media for it . I have been working for the past ten years with acclimations from superiors for the contributions made towards the business.

My education is graced with a PG from XLRI, Jamshedpur. I blog for CiteMan and have been addressing conventions, imparting training on online knowledge management for managers and business leaders.
