Naboth Tumuhairwe

Evangelist Naboth .K.Tumuhairwe and his wife Alice, are the founders Guma Na Yesu Ministries found in Mbarara-Western Uganda , they are committed church planters for 22 years have seen their ministry grow from one small church to over 300 Churches scattered throughout the western region of UGANDA .These churches together have over 100,000 members served by 460 leaders.

Naboth is an energetic evangelist who spends most of his time conducting gospel crusades, conferences and seminars through the great lakes region of Africa : - Uganda ,Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda,Burundi,Democratic Republic Of Congo, and many other African nations

Naboth has also reached the European nations and the United States of America for the gospel of Jesus Christ and witnessed souls come to Christ .

Alice is the women/Senior pastor at Gumanayesu Ministry Central Church -assisted by a team of leaders who head different departments , while Naboth Spends all his time evangelizing and planting churches here and there ,''He says his agenda is to reach out for many souls for Christ in Africa and beyond '' ,so every year big conferences are held at this church to help bring many to Christ ,outreaches are done every month to various countries by Evangelist Naboth Tumuhairwe

To remember this African word (from the Runyankole language), just think of the word "GUM" . . . and imagine chewing a sweet, delicious, sticky wad of GUM . . . and to keep chewing it for a long, long time. Guma Na Yesu (pronounced "Goom-uh nuh Yay-soo") - which means "Keep with Jesus!"

Naboth's primary call is evangelism. He heads a team of twelve ministers who travel with him conducting open air gospel meetings whenever and wherever they see the need,most of the time and everywhere God leads them! Naboth is comfortable preaching to a crowd of 50 skeptical villagers as he is doing the same to thousands of excited and expectant people.
All he cares about is to at least in some way bring people to where God is.

During these evangelism missions , Naboth Meets various neglected needy and orphaned Children from the remote villages, of which he picks up and takes care at Guma Na Yesu Children's centre giving them basic needs
