Nacho Hierro

Hola!

My name is Ignacio Hierro, although everyone knows me as Nacho, and I'm Official Tour Guide in Granada speaking English and Italian for more than 25 years.

Since I was a very little child I used to spend a long time playing in the Alhambra & Generalife meanwhile my father Rafael was working there as Guide. I feel very proud for following his footsteps, that's why many call me a "son of the Alhambra".

I'm a dynamic and restless person, passionate for sports, nature and music, in addition to arts and history.

Although above all, what I love the most is travelling with my wife and our three children discovering new cultures.

As you can guess I'm very experienced in all types of guided visits, as well as flexible adapting routes, timing and explanations to a range of interests, needings and ages of my visitors.

I'm so lucky to enjoy my job meeting people from all over the world, so I'll be very pleased to show the wonders of Granada to any person who would love to explore its corners, learn stories, taste tapas, discover viewpoints, share anecdotes and appreciate charming places.
