The Native American Culinary Association (NACA) will be collaborating with Tohono O’odham Community Action (TOCA) for the 2015 NACA Indigenous Food Symposium and Celebration of Basketry and Native Foods Festival. The NACA Symposium will be followed by the Celebration of Basketry and Native Foods Festival, a two day market place open to the public featuring basket weavers from all over the United States and cooking demonstrations by top Indigenous Chefs and traditional cooks.
