I love to bake bread. And eat it! Preferably a sourdough, perfectly fermented, crispy crust. With just the right balance of salt. I'm hooked. I'm totally hooked on my husband and twin little-people too. They like my bread.

I read, hike, parent, play, grow veges, cook, and work. It's all good. Life is too short for not-good. It's waaaaay too short for not-good-bread.
