Nadav Livni is a London-based investment professional and board-level executive. He has more than 25 years of experience across alternative investments, financial restructuring, and complex strategic transaction, advising on more than US$150bn of transactions globally. This has included Central and Eastern Europe, the UK, Africa, and the United States, across multiple market cycles.

Acting as a principal investor and trusted adviser to a select group of high-profile stakeholders, including governments, Nadav has supported initiatives such as bond issuances and the structuring of sovereign wealth funds and public-private partnerships. His experience also includes advising private equity funds, controlling shareholders and entrepreneurs on critical strategic and financing decisions.

His executive career began at KPMG, and has included roles at global financial institutions, namely Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers. Nadav then founded an international merchant bank and regulated asset management firm where he helped structure over US$12bn of transactions. He brings end-to-end expertise across the investment lifecycle, including research-led investment strategies, product structuring, regulatory oversight, risk management, investor relations and the establishment of long-term capital partnerships. In addition to this, Nadav has been instrumental in the building and scaling of investment platforms and has transaction experience across a wide variety of sectors. These include financial services, healthcare, transportation, energy, mining, digital infrastructure, hospitality and commercial real estate.

At board level, Nadav has served as an independent director of publicly listed companies, including those on the LSE (Plaza Centres) and Nasdaq (Elbit Imaging). He is also committed to mentoring and developing executive talent, with a strong record of recruiting and building teams. He maintains a global network of senior stakeholder relationships.

Nadav speaks on topics including private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and entrepreneurship. He has been a guest speaker at institutions such as London Business School and Saïd Business School, as well as at conferences and industry panel events.

Holding a BCom in Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School, Nadav has completed executive education programmes at Harvard Business School and is a qualified chartered accountant. Outside of work, sporting interests include running and tennis.
