Hello and welcome! My name is Nadeem and this is my page.
To be better today than I was yesterday is my primary goal in life. My most important characteristics are that I’m overly grateful, ambitious and disciplined.
Professionally, I'm going to build a strong, ethical and innovative company. Personally, I strive to be the best husband and relative that I can be.
Currently, I spend about 30-40 hours a week growing and developing TN Glass Install, LLC, a small glass replacement service that I started in September of 2017. Near future goals include continued growth and the purchase of more equipment. Long term goals are to grow the company to include 2 more employees. So far, I've built the business, with my partner Tanner Ginavan, through use of Instagram, craigslist and Facebook and will continue to use non-traditional tools to reach clients.
In addition to TN Glass Install, I work as a nuclear engineer for the US Navy full-time. I am half way through a 2-year training program to become qualified as a nuclear shift test engineer (STE). STE's are the center of plant control, testing and safety while submarines are in port. The program consists of schooling and practical training where subjects include reactor systems, protection analysis, theory, chemistry and radiolocical controls.
My last, but most important role is as a Husband, son and brother. Together, this represents where all of my energy goes. I want to make use of every single day, and place 100% of my effort into anything I do.
