A resident of Monterey, CA, Nader Agha is an accomplished real estate developer who has constructed dozens of single-family houses and multi-family complexes across Monterey County. Nader Agha established two subdivisions in Soledad, CA, that played a part in enabling an increase in the city’s population from about 4,000 to 26,000 over the past four decades.

Mr. Agha is also the founder of Desal and Water Resources Issues, and is a known figure in the Monterey Peninsula antique business community. Born in the city of Damascus, Syria, in 1943, he moved to the United States in 1965 and lived with an uncle in Monterey, who helped him become established. He attended Monterey Peninsula College, where he studied electronics while working part-time as a waiter and grocery clerk.

After getting married, Mr. Agha began working in the real estate sector. He engaged in buying, improving, and selling real estate, which included residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Over the years it has been a profitable undertaking. He donates to various charities and is the founder of the Lillian and Dan Foundation, which educates young people about the constitutional history of the United States.
