My professional interests includeaccreditation, education, management and operational consulting, elearning, web design, Moodle, content editing, corporate governance, compliance, innovation, process mapping/simplification/improvement, project management, employee engagement, agile, lean and technology.

My personal interests range from spending time with my beautiful daughters to reading.

I would best describe myself as analytical and compliance driven, yet innovative. I am an agile enthusiast and embrace change. I combine my experience and skills to find creative solutions that improve identified areas as well as staff engagement, satisfaction and productivity; thereby creating ROI for my clients. All of this is done whilst still complying with best business practices.

I am able to offer a holistic view when assisting clients with over 15 years' experience in the educational industry in various functional areas (including Quality Assurance, Accreditation, Key Accounts Management, Operational and Project Management, Business Analysis, System Analysis/Design/Implementation, IT Support, and Assessment Management). My experience in terms of modes of delivery include face-to-face, online, distance and blended over all educational bands.
