I’m a project manager, and always have been at heart. While I’ve filled different roles over the years, such as a graphic designer, online marketing, and content writer, I’ve always been much better at managing big-picture projects and teams of individuals. Today, I manage a portfolio of web development projects at Ontrix.

I believe communication can solve every problem. I’m a big believer in clear communication, and try to incorporate it into both my personal and professional life.

I hate wasting time. I am always making sure that our time is productive, hence why I’m keeping these points short.

I’m learning new skills day and night. For better or worse, this also includes skills outside my career as a project manager. I learn about new and effective ways to keep us organized, productive, and better methods for communication, but I’m also learning how to run and maintain an online blog in my spare time.

I want to eventually run my own business.While I love my career, and can’t imagine leaving my team anytime soon, eventually I want to establish my own business from the ground up. I see it as the ultimate project!
